Our class instructors are fully certified in each discipline they teach – from Crossfit to group fitness classes to weights sessions.
Les Mills RPM™ is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. Like all the LES MILLS™ programs, a new RPM™ class is released every three months with new music and choreography.
Use free weights, strength machines, and body weight exercises to shape your muscles and burn body fat in this 75 minute weight-lifting, resistance training and conditioning class.
Barbell Bootcamp sculpts, tones, and strengthens your entire body as it uses light to moderate weights with repetition to provide that full-body workout that burns calories, increases core strength, and improves bone health.
This is a fun and energetic cardio class which will burn lots of calories!! It’s an hour long class which consists of a warm-up followed by traditional cardio moves mixed in with body weight movements and plyometrics. Most movements can be modified and low impact will be shown. Please bring a mat or t-shirt for the 10 minute abdominal portion at the end.
An interval based functional training program focusing on 4 different stimulus at varying work and rest times.
C-FOUR is a group class delivered in a fun, hard working environment that will help keep you motivated and coming back time after time.
The program is designed to help you burn fat, build muscle, gain endurance, and strengthen your body all while progressing you through a long term fitness plan.
